Doppler On-Prem: v21.04.3

Version 21.04.3 of Doppler On-Prem has been released. This is a maintenance update.

An OVA without a manifest (marked legacy) has been provided for compatibility with VMware administration interfaces that don’t support SHA256 checksums.

We recommend verifying the integrity of the installation images.

This update contains database changes, remember to run update-database to update the database schema.

Changes in 21.04.3:

(Security) Linux base images for Debian 10.9 and dependencies have been updated to the latest patch levels as of 2021-05-11.
(Improvement) Rely on the server clock, instead of the routers clock when time stamping samples from routers.
(Bugfix) Fixed a bug where the modem firmware bootstrap script did not check free disk space correctly before applying modem firmware updates for Telit and Sierra Wireless.
(Bugfix) Fixed a bug where users with group edit access was unable to edit parameters unless they also had write access to the parent group. (#668)
(Bugfix) Added fields and format fixes in API schema. (#648)
