Doppler On-Prem: v20.03.1.update1

Version 20.03.1.update1 of Doppler On-Prem has been released. This is a recommended maintenance release.

An OVA without a manifest (marked legacy) has been provided for compatibility with VMware administration interfaces that don’t support SHA256 checksums.

We recommend verifying the integrity of the installation images.

(Security) Linux base images for Debian 10.4 and dependencies have been updated to the latest patch levels as of 2020-05-18.
(Security) Parts of the system were found to have vulnerable nodejs dependencies, these have been updated.
Firmware images for Telit modules have been updated to the latest versions. (#a66a8597)
A bug in the module firmware page was fixed where images not present in the image would remain in the list of versions. (#d9f34d43)
A bug in the VMware build system was fixed where exported disk images would be larger than expected. (#c839815d)
