Firmware Upload


DOM allows upgrading router firmware without being connected to the internet. To enable this feature, you must manually upload a firmware image via the dashboard.

Download the latest firmware from www.digi.com. It is important that you don’t change the file name, ie. “wr31-8.5.0.1.zip” as this tells Digi On-Prem Manager that the firmware is for a WR31 and the version is 8.5.0.1.

1. On the sidebar, Click “Firmware” and select “Router” in the sub menu

2. Click “Upload”

3. Select the firmware file from your computer, and press “Upload”
